The Hanse Lounge is very pleased to have an experienced professional chef with Joern Wrede who could already gain internationally experience in the best houses (i.a. Le Canard Hamburg, Restaurant Tante Claire London, The Dorchester Hotel London).
One would well describe his cook style as “modern european” and the unadulterated own taste of the product always is in the foreground. In the course of the year, we offer our members seasonal specialties, e.g. asparagus, truffle, matjes herring, pumpkin as well as asian or austrian menues.
Any other wishes and suggestions are mostly welcome and if you are planning an exclusive venue we will be there for you in person and and take care competently of all culinary questions.
