MembershipPersons wishing to become a member of the Hanse Lounge, must be proposed by two existing members, who have had a membership for at least one year. The members need to confirm the proposal with their signature and a letter of recommendation. The proposal must be filed in writing with the name, profession and address of the nominee. A decision will be made by the advisory board within 90 days and in the case of a positive outcome, the membership contact is concluded. In the event of admission, the admission and annual subscription fees become due instantly.Should there be an admission stop, candidates will be waitlisted. The waiting list will be dealt with according to receipt of application. The admission entitles the member to use of the Hanse Lounge premises and facilities and of those of cooperating partners (to the conditions agreed with the Hanse Lounge), as well as to attend events arranged by the Hanse Lounge. Members are allowed to bring guests with them to the premises and agree to observe club rules. Membership FeesOn completion of contract, members are obliged to pay a single admission fee and from then on an annual fee. The fee amounts are stipulated by the advisory board according to rates at the time of application. Fees are to be paid within 4 weeks on receipt of invoice.Membership CardEach member will receive a provisional membership card after receipt of the admission fee. The “member card“ will be issued after acceptance by the advisory board.With an authorised direct debit, members are entitled to pay with their membership card and will be invoiced for restaurant and others services at the end of the month. The membership card is to be returned to the Hanse Lounge on termination of membership. TerminationThe membership contract can be terminated by the club member in writing by 30.09. to the end of each calendar year. The advisory board is entitled to terminate a membership with due reason.Data SecurityAll membership data will be used solely for the purpose of membership contracts and membership services. |
