Opening hours
- The Hanse Lounge premises are open to members as follows:
Monday to Friday: 11.30 a.m. till 12.00 p.m. (Dinner will be served till approximate 10.30 p.m.)
Samstag: 11.30 a.m. till 06:00 p.m. (in case of private functions till 4.00 p.m, according to notice.)
Sunday and public holidays The Club will be closed (except for private functions / special events)

- Conference area: Can be booked from 09.00 a.m. onward
- The Club may be closed in the evening on specific days, due to special club events e.g. dinner talks. Please refer to our notice-board at the entrance to the Club.
Dress code:
- In the interest of club members and their guests, we kindly ask you to respect an appropriate dress code (suit or jacket), collar and tie are non compulsory and we kindly ask to refrain from wearing combinations such as jeans, t-shirt and sport shoes.
- „Casual Saturday“: On Saturdays we welcome our members to our „Casual Saturday“. On this day children accompanied by an adult are also most welcome. Suit or jacket is not compulsory.
General:
- The Hanse Lounge premises are open for members only. Guests accompanied by members are always welcome.
- Young persons under the age of 18 years are not allowed in the club, except at private events in the company of adults. Infants and babies should not be taken to the club, except on Saturdays.
- In order to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our members, we kindly ask you to refrain from using mobile phones in the premises.
- Pets are not allowed in the Club.
