The Hanse Lounge is pleased to have Joern Wrede on board. A skilled professional who has already gained international experience at some of the best addresses (amongst others Le Canard Hamburg, Restaurant La Tante Claire London, The Dorchester Hotel London). His style of cooking could be described as “modern-European” and the unadulterated natural flavour of the products is his inspiration. During the year we offer our members seasonal highlights e.g. asparagus, wild mushrooms, crayfish, wild salmon, truffle etc.
Joern Wrede is available to discuss any personal requests or suggestions out with our offer and you will, of course, be advised competently in all culinary matters, when planning a large event.
